Canadian Naprapathic Association (CAN) is a self-governing, voluntary, membership based organization, established by the naprapathy profession to register and supervise certified naprapaths (C.Nap.) in Canada.
• CNA is committed to improving the health and well-being of people of Canada by informing the public and assuring them of competent and ethical naprapathic care.
• CNA examines, registers and supervises the naprapathy profession and partners with other health professions, their licensing bodies, and organizations.
• CNA sets requirements for entry to the naprapathy profession, registers certified naprapaths , sets standards of practice and guidelines for professional practice, monitors competence through a quality assurance program, investigates complaints against certified naprapaths and disciplines those members who have committed acts of professional misconduct or who are incompetent or incapacitated.
